By using PostMint you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. No sharing credentials.
• You must be 13 or older.

Use PostMint to generate content for your own personal or commercial use. The outputs are yours to publish, edit, and share.

• Generate content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone's rights.
• Try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use PostMint to spam, run disinformation campaigns, or impersonate real people.
• Resell access to PostMint.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or incorrect. Review them before publishing. We're not liable for what you choose to post.

You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any text or images you upload.

Free accounts include daily generation limits which may change. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

When paid plans launch, billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds at our discretion.

You can stop using PostMint anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PostMint is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or $50 if you're on the free tier).

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to signed-in users by email.
